COVID 19 RESPONSE

Would you like to stay motivated and exercise from home during this time? Due to current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, TFM has chosen to offer Online Personal Training with quality programs, support and motivation.  

All you need to follow any of our online strength programs are a quality set of resistance bands, handles and some sort of anchor.


We have some bands available to purchase:  Contact us for more information.

  • Personal Training Video Call - $50 

PT call includes goals, nutrition and how to stay motivated. As well as some custom exercises for your program.

Since moving to our purpose built private studio, at 146 Mcleod St in 2014 we have been able to offer strength exercise classes specifically designed for seniors. They are very popular and run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.00am and come under our EXPRESS category of classes being 35min in duration.
(bookings are essential) There is a real sense of community and belonging in the seniors classes which is great for achieving results and keeping motivation. More often than not you will be invited for coffee or tea across the road at Frame Cafe after the class.

Removing Pain from Exercise

Total Fitness Management has been been using Whole Body Vibration “WBV” Training since 2009. We use it with our adolescents right up to our oldest client who is currently 83 years old. After you use our machine of choice – the Australian Designed Hypervibe you will be able to perform better during your workout with us. We use it as part of our warm ups, private and class sessions as well as for recovery.

I’ve been attending Total Fitness Management for almost a year now, doing personal training and a mixture of classes.  Richie and the people taking part in the classes really do make working out fun!  For someone who is not a natural gym person this is important.  I love it so much and now work out four times a week and feel energised after every session. The exercises are spot on for all levels of fitness and they always seem to have an option if a condition or injury arises.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
