At Total Fitness Management (TFM) we believe that it is crucial that you find the right training program to suit your individual goals. TFM is a one stop shop for many clients, meaning they do all or the majority of their exercise in our studio or using our online coaching app.
Some clients will attend sessions that compliment other training they may do.
Either way are their to support you by planning for success with your overall not only your exercise, but overall health & lifestyle as well.
ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAMS
Would you like to stay motivated and maintain the habit to exercise with an online exercise program ?
It can be used as a stand alone program or to compliment your current regime. You will find both tutorial and action videos depending on the workout you choose. All designed to support you with your exercise regardless of your location.
All you need to follow any of the strength programs, are a quality set of resistance bands, including handles and an outside or door anchor.
WHAT WE DO
TFM strives to provide a professional, safe and friendly environment for persons of all ages to exercise. We have experience in many areas of health and fitness, providing motivation to reach your health & fitness goals, regardless if your are new to exercise, returning after a period of inactivity or wanting help to take your training to the next level. We teach clients how simple and easy to use exercise equipment can provide both variety and results. Both key ingredients to maintaining the habit to exercise.
Private Training as well as Buddy Training (2 - 3 persons) offers the closest attention to detail for exercise.
Use it to find your passion or motivation again or to help develop the habit to exercise again. Private Training is also well suited to those with important short term goals or have a chronic condition or injury which makes it hard to do certain areas of the body.
TFM has lots of knowledge to find the right exercise to keep you moving.
TFM has been been using Whole Body Vibration “WBV” Training since 2009. We use it with our adolescents all the way up to our senior clients.
After you use our machine of choice – the Australian Designed Hypervibe you will be able to perform better during your workout with us. We use it as part of our warm ups, private and class sessions as well as for recovery.
We have been offering strength classes specifically designed for seniors since 2012. They are very popular and run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.00am for 35mins. (bookings are essential) There is a real sense of community and belonging in the seniors classes which is great for achieving results and keeping motivation. On many occasions they head to a local coffee shop afterwards as a reward.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
