Would you like to stay motivated and maintain the habit to exercise with an online exercise program ? It can be used as a stand alone program or to compliment your current regime. You will find both tutorial and action videos depending on the workout you choose. All designed to support you with your exercise regardless of your location.
All you need to follow any of the strength programs, are a quality set of resistance bands, including handles and an outside or door anchor.

Before starting you must fill out our online pre exercise form. This is to ensure your are ready for exercise as well as allow us to tailor the program to suit. Exisiting TFM Clients will not have to do this form. We have more personalised programs available on request. Including Private Video Calls.
